Illinois Managing Broker License Requirements:
A licensee must have held their Broker’s license for two of the past three years.
This 45-hour course consists of a 30-hour portion, and a 15-hour interactive portion.
The 15-hour interactive portion must be completed in a live classroom setting.
The live class is held in 5 sessions, each 3.5 hours, with the final examination administered during session #5.
The student is responsible for completing the remaining 30 hours of coursework as a homestudy.
